As the final nail falls into place and the restoration project your company has overseen reaches it completion, I would like to express my pleasure with the outcome.
Six months age I was faced with the charred remains of an industrial building that had burned due to unknown causes associated with a parked vehicle. After interviewing several companies and with the strong recommendation of my insurance company, you were selected to do the renovation.
The project was completed within the specified time frame and within the budget parameters agreed to. The workmanship and materials were topnotch resulting in a superb outcome. In addition, the gentleman in charge of the project, Victor, was professional, knowledgeable and always available.
In short, a situation that might have deteriorated into a nightmare turned out to be quite stress-free. Not what we have come to expect in today's world.
